The hotel was lovely and airy, Our room was big and light overlooking the quiet gardens. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were beautiful Egyption cotton. The staff were kind and generous with their smiles, and when my husband was taken isuddenly ill ( underlying condition) the memagement did everything possible to make him comfortable. My most ardent compliments go to the chef. There was no main course vegan option on the menu, but every night the chef cooked me something nutritious and delicious. It was some of the best food i have ever tasted.

The pub was fantastic! Great food, great drinks and very friendly staff. The room was very comfortable and quiet.
I felt like I was walking back in time with the rustic atmosphere, but the room was completely state of the art and well decorated

Beautiful 1700s historic house still preserved and well maintained! Exposed original wooden beams, super interesting little cubbies/closets, wash rooms, and different rooms in the suite. Just a neat experience.
Steve was available and super supportive of my arrival, even meeting me after midnight to show me the house. He was always available and helpful. He even got up to see me out early on a Saturday morning.
Thanks Steve! Oh, and our team did win the games! Thanks for the support and see you next time.
These hotels offer something unique in terms of design and are usually set in a trendy, urban part of town. Blending high standards with a homey vibe, boutique hotels are more intimate than your average hotel.
Lovely old mill transformed into a boutique hotel. Lovely staff. Gorgeous room overlooking the stream. Private dinner in the teepee for our group was amazing. Delicious breakfast.
Such a peaceful and tranquil setting and certainly the lil luxury touches made it so much better..Not many places give you fresh milk/apple juice and coffee.Even a small decanter of slow gin was a perfect nite cap.Breakfast was delicious with a lovely view of swans with their young on the stream..Will certainly be returningxxx
Beautiful hotel, stunning location.
Attended a wedding at the hotel, and was fabulous. The staff were brilliant, food was delicious.
Room was lovely, clean, comfy bed, brilliant shower.
Everything. It offered 5 star elegance and service for a really affordable price. The food was also stunning, with a superb breakfast included in the price.
Gorgeous little studio apartment above the owner's garage with lovely views over the fields - we particularly enjoyed watching the pigs in the fields being fed whilst we ate our own breakfast! Easy access using a code to pick up the keys, the apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable. We liked that some basics for breakfast had been left, and tea and coffee facilities. Great shower pressure in a very nice modern bathroom (the whole place is very new!).
Handy location, being 2 minutes from the main road, and lovely traditional mill design with a tranquil terrace overlooking a pond. Great also for jogging away from traffics on some peaceful trails.
My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights mid week,it’s a beautiful hotel, lovely grounds.food was amazing and staff so friendly.our room was a little warm could’ve benefited from a small window to open or some form of ventilation.however the floor to ceiling bifold doors gave us stunning views of the garden. Would definitely stay here again,we loved it.
what a beautiful quaint boutique hotel, beautiful solo rooms with an amazing view of a meadow. I was given a cabin which had everything and more needed with Espa toiletries. Food wise there is a tasting menu if you want to feel spoilt, or a Teepee restaurant with an excellent choice of food. I went for the halloumi with beetroot delicious!
