리셉션 여자직원 친근하고 친절. 최선을 다해 도우려는 태도. 방의 크기와 욕조와 샤워부스가 다 있는 욕실과 기본 제공되는 스파클링 워터. 시내 중심이면서 셰익스피어의 출생지(로 강력추정되는) 위치인 셰익스피어센터와 근접성, 훌륭한 저녁식사와 조식 등 모든 면에서 만족. 600년 된 건물의 흔적이 남아있고, 식당 직원에게 물어봤는데 때 열성적으로 답변하는 것도 보기 좋음. 체크아웃 후 동네 돌아볼 수 있도록 두어시간 가방 맡아달라 하니 몇시간이라도 맡아준다고 하여 편하게 다님. 1박이었지만 간식으로 들고 다니던 궁중약과 몇개 드렸는데 너무 좋아하여 기분이 더 좋음. 최고의 추억.
