The restaurant and bar is permanently closed only rooms. Rooms are modern and clean but seems unfinished or finner details not looked into ie the lamp fell apart where bolts have not been tightened had to connect and wiggle aerial cables etc had to leave the room to get milk out of the fridge. Bed was clean and large but need new mattress extremely soft and lumpy.

Great location for our work in East Grinstead. Exceptionally friendly staff, particularly in the restaurant. Room was adequate, overlooking the garden. Enjoyed a trip into the spa, which was a bolt on bonus, very nice and chilled. Food in the evening was excellent and breakfast was lovely, with lots of choice.
