The Grand is perfectly located between all the top tourist attractions and the train station. It felt ‘Grand’ and the staff were super accommodating. I used their valet parking and forgot an item - straight away they went to check and brought it up to me.

The staff are brilliant as are the facilities. I needed an EV charger and they very kindly reserved the one in the car park. The honesty bar plus free eggs and bread was also great. The room we had was fully kitted out with everything we needed and the Molton Brown products great.

Ascot House hotel is within walking distance of all popular landmarks in Harrogate. It's simply a gorgeous hotel! The wonderful staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Their breakfast is second to none. During my 5-day stay I felt at home and safe. The courtesy pick up of our luggage at the train station allowed us to explore York prior check in. Touches like water bottle, pod coffee, pantry treats and the record player were very much appreciated.

Perfect location for exploring the city. Super helpful staff. Great breakfast - loved the yogurt and granola! We were lucky with the weather and enjoyed a glass of wine in the beautiful garden.
