Greeted warmly and given a great tour of the facilities and the bedroom. Room was spacious and comfortable. Tea and coffee supplies in the room.
Breakfast was very tasty and accommodated our earlier start. Great location especially if you are going to Snetterton Race Circuit as we were!

When we arrived we were greeted by a very nice receptionist. The decor as you walk in is superb and classy, as was the room we were in. Unfortunately the toilet would not flush due to a faulty mechanism and as there were three of us (we were staying with our 17 year old son), the hotel changed us into two double rooms. It was very kind of them and one of the rooms, room 9, had a lovely bath. The rooms are decorated in lovely colour schemes and very clean. The beds are really comfortable. The location is great for visiting this small market town which has a few small shops and a couple of restaurants and lovely old cottages. We ate in the restaurant and the food was of a very good standard and the staff were lovely and polite. The breakfast the next morning was excellent too.
These hotels offer something a little different in the way of design and usually sit in a trendy, urban part of town. More intimate than your average hotel, they offer high standards with a homely vibe.
The room is as lovely as shown, clean and tidy. There is air conditioning for hot weather too!
Impressed that they are growing their own veggie.
Hospitality is exceptional too
Beautiful room
Very comfy large 4 poster bed.Lovely decor.Aircon was very welcome and the heated towel rail in the bathroom was one of the nice little touches that make all the difference.
Very warm welcome from the owner. He couldnt have been more hospitable.Nothing was too much trouble. It was a special occasion and there was even a complimentary bottle of bubbly and card in our room on arrival.
Amazing food, brilliant service, really friendly and attentive staff, lovely gardens and peaceful setting. Only thing that lets it down is really dated decor and some very high pricing on the dinner menu. But all in all really exceptional for what I was expecting to be a fairly standard hotel.
Friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The room was comfortable, clean and the bed was huge! Nothing was too much and I had a lovely stay. Jake and his team were wonderful and the breakfast was delicious.
