The breakfast was excellent; and the location of the hotel was ideal for exploring the Suffolk coast The room was comfortable and stylish. The hotel was situated in large grounds with an impressive display of mature coniferous trees.

Surrounded by beautiful Suffolk countryside, The Bell Hotel, Saxmundham is a coaching inn in the heart of Saxmundham. It has beautifully decorated rooms, free Wi-Fi and delicious food.

Exceptionally welcoming staff and the hotel is in a superb location for exploring the different towns. Our dog was treated like royalty and by the end of the three days thought he owned the place.

Located in Harleston and with The Apex reachable within 49 km, J.D.Young provides a restaurant, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi and a bar.

When we arrived we were greeted by a very nice receptionist. The decor as you walk in is superb and classy, as was the room we were in. Unfortunately the toilet would not flush due to a faulty mechanism and as there were three of us (we were staying with our 17 year old son), the hotel changed us into two double rooms. It was very kind of them and one of the rooms, room 9, had a lovely bath. The rooms are decorated in lovely colour schemes and very clean. The beds are really comfortable. The location is great for visiting this small market town which has a few small shops and a couple of restaurants and lovely old cottages. We ate in the restaurant and the food was of a very good standard and the staff were lovely and polite. The breakfast the next morning was excellent too.

Very comfortable place to stay with lots of extras which made the stay feel special The robes and slippers making it feel homely and having a kettle and Tassimo in the room was great to be able to have the choice. The bathroom lotions were fresh and gorgeous smelling. The property was decorated making it feel fresh and homely. Breakfast was lovely - freshly made and quality produce including some lovely homemade preserves and honey.

Kirsty was very welcoming and attentive to all the guests and myself present at the B & B. The bedroom was immaculate and much thought had gone into its design. This included little touches ,for example, providing milk in school size milk bottles rather the distasteful little sachets of milk. The breakfasts were carefully crafted and Kirsty enjoyed producing a great breakfast. The property was very convenient in its location for beautiful ranges of differing natural environments including, woodland, heath, marshland ,beach and shingles.
