    Conveniently located (with a spacious and reasonably priced parking just opposite side of the street). Brand new boutique hotel with lovely inner courtyard and stylish decor. Impeccably clean room and extremely comfortable bed. The lux room that we stayed in was very spacious. Attentive and helpful staff which went the extra mile to assist us. Amazing breakfast (by far the best apple crumble I've ever had).

    This boutique hotel is above expectations. really clean and the staff are super lovely and utterly polite. the breakfast was fresh and gorgeous. about beachfront the balcony is not completely overlooking the beach in inverse of that we ordered a beachfront room. the location is at the left side of the batumi and roughly 5 km far from the ali and nino statue and old batumi. Thank you seagull hotel. it was a great stay. Viva

    New stylish boutique hotel, close to the beach and city center. We were in the signature room with sea view which is very spacious and very well designed, reminded me of a James Bond movie. We really enjoyed our stay!

    Super spacious, with its own unique style, comfortable apartmentment in the very heart of Batumi's old city. What more can I say but just share- an interior designer in our group fell in love with this house at first sight.

    Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service . Food was good and service was attentive and efficient. Room was well equipped and comfortable with comfortable bed 😊 and well designed bathroom. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

    I had a premium vacation. Beautiful room with a designer interior and sea view. In the evening, I relaxed at the SPA with a pleasant massage, but I especially liked the kitchen with dishes that I have not tried anywhere else.
