The grounds and the location high above Archanes were beautiful! The staff were very warm and welcoming. We loved that we were able to take long walks through Archanes and the countryside right from Eliathos. However, a car is important for exploring farther away.

The stuff was very helpful. I can't eat gluten, and they prepare special pastries for me and sandwiches to go. It was more than I expected. The hotel was very clean and breakfast was exeptionaly good. 20 min walk from the old center.

We love the hotel. It was very pleasant to be there. My only regret is the breakfast is served at 7:30am. Too early for people who needs to take a ferry at 8am.

Nice suite with beautiful view on the port of Heraklion from large terrace. Good, plentiful breakfast buffet . On day 3, they forgot to clean the room.

We had a really enjoyable stay! The receptionist was friendly and efficient. The room was really clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The location is really convenient as it is within walking distance from the ferry port, and it is also right across the street from the archeological museum (a must-see!). There is also a bus stop right outside the hotel, which makes it very convenient to visit the Knossos Palace. We were very happy with this choice and would absolutely stay here again!
