Everything was quiet nice . Especially a cat an additional “ manager” in front of the hotel :) Really leave some food for it :)

Located in Krinídhes, 10 miles from Archaeological Museum of Kavala, Philippeio Hotel has accommodations with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant.

After correcting a snafu on my reservation (it was in their printed files for their records....but not on the computer! Thus, the hotel was not expecting me...!!), everything was perfect and I had the most gracious hosts ever...chit chatting with me at breakfast ! As a bonus, I was gifted with a jar of their own Philippeio honey! Much appreciated indeed.

Everything was in order. We started by having a warm welcome (Greetings, Pepa!) to a beautiful place. Green and well maintained garden, amazing terrace and pool, private parking places, flowers, olive trees... Our room had a great sea view. It was tastefully decorated and regularly cleaned. Plus, it had a well masked kitchenette that we weren't expecting, a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was rich and tasty. All in all, great experience!

My partner and I enjoyed the tranquil atmosphere. The hotel was not overcrowded, which made for a peaceful and intimate stay. The beach walks at sunset were a highlight.

    The hotel is spotlessly clean and very well designed. The staff are all increibly friendly, helpful and professional. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a Sea Suite, and the room was gorgeous. Fantastic breakfast choice.

    Great location, really comfortable beds, good powerful shower. The property has been renovated thoughtfully with many interesting features such as the lighting fixtures, well laid out design for the space, cosy & homely. We did have a couple of problems but the property manager was very helpful & we were satisfied with the response. If the issues hadn’t occurred the rating would have been a 10, it’s a lovely home :)

    Talking about amazing spaces, I was meant to find this space out at the fringes of Panagia Hill and meet the lovely owner too. I super love moments in time like this in life. The spacious apartment is designed beautifully, functionally and I could say it would make a great base whether you travelling or staying for longer. Would love to stay for longer, unleashed , my companions loved it and we escaped the heatwave. Grateful for all!!

    The hotel is located close to the main city attractions. It has a small parking lot in front, accessible from the street and an underground parking. The interior hotel's design is stylish and there is a roof top terrace with a bar and pool. The room was well equipped and comfortable, with a nice view from the balcony. The outside noise and sunlight could be blocked by using the shutters, double glazed door and curtains. The breakfast is held at the 1st floor, in a large dining hall. Friendly and helpful staff, good internet connection.

    Maybe we should rather say that our flat was a huge disaster, so that we have a chance to find free dates in the near future. :-) But that would be a lie! We found the nicest and best accommodation imaginable: clean, beautifully designed, spacious and with a stunning view of the harbour and city. Our biggest thank to a great team that made our stay in Kavala unforgettable. We will definitely come again soon!

    The apartment has a lovely design, very practical and sweet, and a great view. Free parking space in the street, well equiped kitchen and bathroom, privacy, security and a discreet and helpful host. It takes a 5 minutes walk to get to the beach and a 15 minutes stroll to the city center along the coast. Check the Yalos gastronomy bar nearby and its fried anchovies.
