The staff were amazing! We flew in late and we're very tired. The staff found us food to take back to our room so we didn't have to look for an open restaurant. The food recommendations were welcomed and very good. We were excited to eat local! Overall it was an exceptional experience.

    Pleasantly different from the package tour hotels. Rooms are simple, unfussy, really well designed. Nice pool area which wasn’t too crowded either. Staff are absolutely brilliant. It’s family run and it feels like it, nothing is too much trouble.

    Great hotel, beautifully and cleverly designed and well laid out. Felt premium but for a reasonable price. Good inclusive facilities and lovely restaurants, beach was clean with loads of sun beds, clear sea and very shallow and safe for kids.

    This hotel was a gem of a find. It is attractive, clean, well designed with a lovely pool area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location is good, within walking distance from the beach and tavernas and close to many attractions, especially if you hire a car. The owner, Maria goes over and above to ensure your holiday is everything you want it to be. As do Katerina and Carlos. Warm and friendly, I cannot praise this place highly enough.

    Ideally located for a stop over from or to Heraklion Airport, the bus going to the airport literally stops in front of the hotel. The refurbishment of the hotel has started but not fully completed. We stayed in a very nicely designed new room, and although the bathroom was outdated it did not disturb us. A nice beach is also within walking distance. Has a lovely pool and bar too.

    It's beautifully designed and the beach is private and the area is quiet. It is definitely a place of peace and calm. The white washed walls of the villas and the plants and flowers make it really beautiful to wander through. The room felt new, fresh and spacious. The food at Si La restaurant is excellent and the setting is gorgeous especially at sunset. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. All in all very easy and relaxed atmosphere.

    The renovated areas of the hotel are really nice looking and modern. Big credits to the architect and designer. Food was good, but quite repetitive. Fresh crepes and waffle snack bar is brilliant, you can order them from 8.30 to midnight.
