Everything. Beautiful and quiet location. Kind and attentive staff. Breakfast is the best we’ve had in Greece.

Located in the scenic Verga of Kalamata, within a 2-minute drive from the Blue Flag Almyros Beach, Belvedere Hotel offers panoramic views over the Messinian Gulf from its common areas and rooms.

Our room was clean, spacious and the view from the balcony was spectacular. The mini fridge and room safe were pleasant additions and the wifi reliable. The King Bed was a huge plus and soooo comfortable. We really appreciated being able to get a good night's rest after a full day of exploring. Breakfast was delightful and the server was always responsive and quick to clean up.

I could easily say this was the most gorgeous property I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms are large and comfortable, the little kitchen is great and has everything you’ll need if you fancy cooking a small meal indoors. The staff are the most friendly and do their utmost to give you the best experience. The breakfast was delicious and you get to enjoy it in your own room. Lucky for us the weather was lovely so we are it in our little balcony overlooking the stunning view.

The location high above the plain provides stunning views of Sparta and Ancient Mystras Castle. Mystras village and the original Byzantine town are easily reached. The owner has designed individual apartments with unique decor. Some tavernas are within walking distance and the Mazaraki garden overlooking the plain below is a perfect place to relax anytime. Staff provided us with outstanding friendly service, thank you to Demetria, Natassa, Maria and Anna for making us feel so welcome. We would love to return!!

This beautifully converted estate has all the hallmarks of a boutique hotel (though charges accordingly). Our spacious room had stunning views in no less than three directions, the location being exceptional and a perfect base for exploring the delights of the ancient city of Mystras.

The hotel design was gorgeous and our room was through the lovely garden and a well laid out room. The receptionist who welcomed us was friendly and explained about the hotel, breakfasts and the area. Breakfasts were good with traditional Greek fare though be sure to emphasise any dietary requirements in advance of your stay.
