What a fantastic place. The staff were brilliant and really friendly. Room was clean, tidy and very comfortable. Breakfast was great with variety of products. The staff here are phenomenal - so friendly and welcoming, they really can't do enough for you. The hotel itself feels very special, set in a 19th century merchant home. It is comfortable whilst retaining the features of an historic building. An excellent breakfast is included and it sets you up for the day. We have a suite with a balcony overlooking the busy street and whilst you get the expected noise, soundproofing is good so it is not disruptive at all. The courtyard pool area is lovely, with a pool that is adequate for cooling off in. Would highly recommend.

Picturesque boutique hotel near by the heart of Rethymno old town and the city. The rooms are comfortable with all amenities including coffee and tea makers and coffee capsules. Beds are spacious and comfortable but bathroom was adequate. Sitting area just next to the kitchen one is spacious and cozy with a sofabed for the possibility of accommodating a kid or so. Front sitting area is quite spacious and perfect for a coffee or drink and some work. Personnel was very friendly and helpful to propose solutions and areas to visit. The receptionist was super friendly, helpful and polite! Outer areas will board you to dreamed places of Latin countries. Just take a look at the photos. All in all, this hotel is located in a perfect location and is highly recommended.

Everything is JUST EXCELLENT. It is a very nice, comfortable, clean, and sweet hotel in the best position - just in the centre and near the sea. The staff is very friendly. The furniture is new and modern, it is perfectly clean. I would for sure come to the same hotel when revisiting Rethymno. The mark is 10.
