Very good hotel, quiet, clean and good service. Both the breakfast and the dinner buffet were varied and plentiful. There were different teams for dinner every day. Pleasant service in the restaurant and reception.

Central and great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our ‘cookie’ room was spacious, comfortable and had all amenities necessary. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety. We also dined at the hotel’s restaurant Raki ba Raki which also served delicious Cretan cuisine. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Elegant well appointed hotel in the middle of old town. Beautiful room with balcony and very comfortable four poster bed. Breakfasts were amazing. The best though? The super fantastic concierge, Marcos. An absolute pleasure.

The location of the hotel, just outside the centre but still walking distance was perfect. It was off season so they upgraded us to a huge suite. Hotel was very quiet as it was getting ready to close for the winter. View was amazing. Suite had living area, kitchen and a massive ocean view deck. Staff were friendly and helpful, and there were lots of options for the included breakfast.

Everything about our stay here surpassed my already-high expectations! This beautiful room had two things I often miss:: a large bath countertop, and nightstands on BOTH sides of the bed. Also, the shower was amazing! The location was perfect for long sight-seeing walks or just a quick stop for great coffee. We would LOVE to return here!
