A True Hidden Gem in Rhodes – A Memorable Stay As a yacht captain who has visited Rhodes hundreds of times over the past 30 years, I could almost consider myself a local. And yet, I now find myself wondering—how did I miss this hidden gem for so long? We were in search of a pet-friendly hotel, and with our usual two choices unavailable, In Camera Art Boutique Hotel appeared on Booking.com. What a fortunate discovery. From the moment we made our reservation, the team was incredibly responsive and accommodating. I had requested written confirmation about bringing our dog, and they promptly reassured us with warmth and clarity—an early sign of the thoughtful hospitality that defines this hotel. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with genuine smiles. As our suite hadn’t been occupied the night before, we were able to check in immediately—a wonderful start. The suite, spread over three charming levels, was just as beautiful as the photos online—perhaps even better. Cozy is the word, but don’t let that suggest small; it was spacious, easily over 40 sqm, and smartly designed. With two bathrooms, there were no “morning queues” between my wife and daughter. The beds were wonderfully comfortable—but the pillows! I absolutely fell in love with them. Best sleep I’ve had in ages, even compared to home. Breakfast exceeded all expectations. A wide selection of fresh local produce, homemade pastries, fruits, cheeses, and made-to-order omelets—all prepared and served with care by the lovely chef. Sitting on the terrace in the morning sun with that spread was a daily highlight. What stood out above all was the team—from housekeeping to reception and the kitchen. Each interaction felt warm, sincere, and personal—a refreshing change from the robotic, forced smiles seen too often in larger hotels. Thank you to the entire team. You’ve created a place full of soul, style, and comfort. We will most definitely be back.

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Room was beautiful, Nicolas was great with arrival and check in and Violeta was perfect as a host. All star service and fantastic breakfasts. Easy walking to beaches, local bars and restaurants and to the old town. Highly recommend.

The service is kind and dedicated. The room's cleanliness is okay. , and there is always hot water. However, the location is central on the island and close to all places. Breakfast is very indulgent, with an omelet, cheese, homemade yogurt, fresh orange juice, and seasonal fruits. It's a nice and pleasant place, but the maintenance is somewhat lacking.

This a beautiful and wonderful historic hotel in the old town of Rhodes. The hotel is a short distance from the busy shops and restaurants so it’s nice and quiet. The room was large and comfortable with a great full size bathroom and shower. The hotel provides a delicious breakfast with many options you get to choose from the menu. The scrambled eggs and bacon, French toast and pancakes were exceptional. The service was fast and the young lady serving (I’m sorry I forgot your name at the time I am writing this review) was soo nice. Some of the best service we had on the island! The hotel was so cool with all its history and location but it’s the people working there that make it a truly amazing stay.Maranella and Micheal were the best hosts. Their hospitality and recommendations were impeccable!! My wife was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease in March of this year and is not able to walk more than 50 feet. It was a bucket list vacation so we didn’t cancel. Maranella and Michael worked with us and got us transportation to see and do everything we wanted. Michael at night found time to drive us and pick us up at the incredible restaurant restaurants he recommended. These two were wonderful in helping us make the time in Rhodes more than anything we had hoped for. Thank you very much Micheal and Marnella.

Offering air-conditioned rooms in the Medieval City of Rhodes district of Rhodes Town, Zacosta Villa Hotel is a 17-minute walk from Elli Beach.

This is a haven in Rhodes Old Town, just far enough away from the beaten path that you feel you're somewhere special, but still close to shops and restaurants. It's beautiful, and the management is fantastic. My daughter was sick the first morning, and Nikos helped me find a great doctor who had an appointment, and made sure I got there okay. This enabled us to enjoy the rest of our vacation. The breakfast was fresh pastries from nearby stores, eggs, with yogurt, cereal and jam options, all very tasty (and of course coffee), and Nikos found unsweetened soy milk for my mother-in-law, which made her very happy. Rooms were cleaned daily and were very tidy. The aesthetics of the hotel is very calm and relaxed, with a wooden hallways and spacious courtyard. It was everything we had wanted for our stay.

Home cooked, and wonderful something different every morning and the host was extremely attentive. The yogurt was amazing!

    We stayed for 4 wonderful nights at the Porolithos Boutique Hotel, The property location is on a quiet side street, which is a 30-second walk away from some lovely restaurants and bars. Katerina and her family are wonderful hosts and are very welcoming. The hotel has been restored beautifully, and we wish we could have stayed longer. The breakfast was fantastic. We sat in their stunning courtyard garden every morning.

    Breakfast menu was amazing, especially served at n the bistro with stunning interior design. Service excellent and staff so friendly. We were in the blue and white room, with a view over the mosque. Roof terrace fabulous views across the old town and sea. The Moroccan themed lanterns and lights throughout produced wonderful patterns on the walls and made for a exotic atmosphere. Literally 10 minutes walk to the main square, the location is great for getting around the old city. We loved the stay and would definitely come again.

    Gorgeous boutique hotel in the charming old town of Rhodes! All places of interest are within easy walking distance. We loved having a leisurely, made to order, delicious cooked breakfast in their garden while soaking in the morning sun! Lovely, spacious clean room with very comfortable beds. Elena was super helpful with recommendations on places to visit, she also arranged a car hire and transfers to the old town entrance gate for us. Thank you so much for your hospitality, we had a wonderful time!

    Review of Mosaic Luxury Home: FIVE STARS!!! It is a superb location for walking to Old Town, buses-both intercity and long distance, ferries to other islands, restaurants and retail shops. The home itself is fully furnished and new. It is a compact, stylish, efficient design. The owner, Panos, was very receptive to questions and sent links for more information. Highly recommend.

    Hotel is located heart of the Rhodes. Old town is 10-15 minutes walking. The rooms have very large size and an amazing Interior design. The comfort of the bed and sofa was top. The balcony is offering great time as well if you want to drink your coffee or wine. We enjoyed a luxury accommodation at a reasonable price. I thank the owner Alex for this visionary hotel.

    Everything! It is a lovely boutique hotel in the centre of Rhodes old town but tucked away in a peaceful corner. The owners Pavlos and his wife and parents are completely charming and can’t do enough to help you. The room was great and very clean with a very reasonable mini bar and free water. Wine and beer at the hotel are excellent and again very reasonable. Breakfast is lovingly prepared and served at your table in a gorgeous courtyard- not to be missed! All in all a fantastic stay and we will be back! Thanks guys! Andrew & Jo
