The people are very friendly and are willing to help with everything: they made me a box breakfast when I did the Acatenango hike, I could leave my luggage and could even shower and relax afterwards even though I didn't stay there after the hike. It's very clean as well and there is a lovely rooftop (could do with more spots in the shade though). Rooms have lockers that fit your backpack + daypack.
