Great hotel. very clean. Right in the heart of the town. We were able to walk to restaurants for dinner. Breakfast was amazing. Loved the spa area.

Right next to the huge cathedral. Restaurants nearby were quite nice. Room was very spacious.

    A fascinating experience on an old Czars boat. We were lucky to manage to arrange a forward large double master room, which was superbly decorated and gave views of both sides of the ship, which allowed us to watch the sun setting in the west. The staff were helpful and efficient. Breakfast buffet was lovely. Fantastic hotel .. and surrounding scenery and the castle must be visited.

    Very nice scenic location by the Danube. The old historic building is nicely restored and the interior design is on point as well. The staff is trying their best to satisfy the customers despite being somewhat undertrained and understaffed as well. We had a specific issue with our room and the receptionist lady gave us a big discount.

    Very special design- at least 130 y old villa nicely renovated. The house is close to everything, bikeroutes, port, bus, river. Very nice wellness area. Restaurant in house. Everything was great!

    !I wish I read more of the previous reviews before booking here. it's a nice concept, and clearly a lot of thought went into the design and (re)decoration of this hotel. But that is about it - very little of that charm translates to the comfort of the stay.

    The breakfast was really nice and the staff were very helpful. The location is good - close to the hiking trails, but it is a bit far to walk up the hill without a car if someone comes from the town (we had a car so it was fine). The hotel design and décor are very attractive and creative. It also feels eco-friendly.
