My husband and I celebrated our 1st anniversary in Batam and the staff were kind enough to upgrade our room + leave a cake in the room. The staff is efficient and friendly. The hotel is also fairly close to harbour bay ferry terminal. Special shout out to Ferdi for being so hospitable. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

Nice view, okay food (all very average - nothing worth a five star hotel), but the maintenance of the villas is very poor. We unfortunately had to try three different as there was something wrong with all of them. They work very reactive and change only when absolutely not working anymore. Also note that villas are actually so huge that they feel almost too big - as they are “empty”, and you feel specially separated from the rest of the family if traveling with kids.

Hotel 01 Batam is situated in Batam Center, within 3 km of Ocarina Beach and 4.8 km of Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall.
