Beautiful resort. Super expensive though. Charges for extra bed was very high but they used our sofa cushions as mattress instead of an extra mattress which I found unreasonable. Huge breakfast spread but mediocre taste. Very far from city or eateries outside so you are stuck with just their restaurants which limits your choices significantly. Getting grab to deliver food or drinks very inconvenient as the resort doesn’t allow deliveries. Grab deliveries occur outside of the resort which means you have to walk out to collect.

Wasn't my first time here, but first time here with my kids and husband. I Hotel never disappoints. Truly appreciate all the help and extra mile from the service staff during an unfortunate incident, which required us to get to get to the hospital late at night. Their service was top-notch and left a lasting impression for us. Prior to booking, we had also requested a birthday set up, which the hotel did not disappoint. The food was good, the service was remarkable and the facilities were clean. All you ever need for a good stay. Will definitely be back.
