NetherlandsAfter 17 hours flight and not sleeping, we expect to rest in hotel. We request non-smoking room and they said all rooms nonsmoking but when we got room full of ashes! We booked for two rooms but the other room need to wait for 35 minutes we arrived at 4 pm! Horrible! And the receptionist says WE’RE BUSY! That’s not professional at all! Really disappointed for this time! We’re jetlag and we got this not pleasant experience.

Location is good, and most of the shopping centres/malls are located. Food is okay, not so many selections, the room service is also good. The staffs are all very friendly and accommodating, which is this hotel's GOOD POINT. The cleanliness of the toilet can be improved.
