I rent two room for two nites 1) family suites 2) premier room Both room Ac is not working properly room tempature after turn on 28.5’c i call many time to reception abt the Ac but she said i send technisi to check after that also no result cum out,i stay 2 nites i spent 6.5million rupiah but not worth it at all. After check out i compalint again to the reception just say sorry and no result cum out.
