Staff were very friendly, room was clean, and close to local fish and chips. Great value for money and we very much enjoyed our stay here in Cork.
These hotels offer something a little different in the way of design and usually sit in a trendy, urban part of town. More intimate than your average hotel, they offer high standards with a homely vibe.
Excellent location, stunning setting 🥰🙃. Amazingly decorated throughout. It was like staying in a country mansion and represented superb value for money. Couldn’t find accommodation in Cork for our budget. So glad we found this gem. Mine hosts spleen and Doug were very accommodating. Parking for our motor bikes in front of the accommodation was really welcome . Thank you so much.
Olwyn our host was amazing, so accommodating and friendly. Our room had a huge outside deck with a lovely view of the grounds where we ate our evening meal. We asked for breakfast one hour prior to the scheduled breakfast time and Olwyn didn't skip a beat in honoring our request. Gorgeous property in a beautiful and peaceful setting.
Beautiful property, huge very comfortable room, amazing breakfast with strawberries and whipped cream, lovely cheeses, delicious bread as well as the usual full Irish. Gorgeous huge fluffy towels. Could not have been better. Also very friendly welcoming hosts.
Wonderful stay at Maranatha Country House. The hosts were delightful and the bedrooms gorgeous. Breakfast was delicious and served in the light and pretty conservatory. A lot of love has gone into this family property (which also has an interesting history). The surrounding gardens are lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Size and decoration of rooms which is stunning, friendliness of hosts and quietness of location. B&B about 5 minutes driving from Blarney which provides some great places to eat and lovely garden walks in the Castle. Highly recommended.
This hotel should have a 5 star rating, but apparently to achieve this, they need to provide Spa facilities. I loved everything about this Boutique Hotel, the surrounding settings, rooms, décor. I was disappointed that my stay was very short, 1 night, but when I'm that way again, I will be definitely coming back
