Decent sized room. Dinner in the bar was lovely. Good to see that breakfast was cooked to order and piping hot, instead of buffet style as in most hotels these days which are always cold.
These hotels offer something a little different in the way of design and usually sit in a trendy, urban part of town. More intimate than your average hotel, they offer high standards with a homely vibe.
I had roast beef the first night it was melt in the mouth. My sis and son had wow stir fry peppars and onions they each got one piece of pepper each and were disappointed. The breakfast I only wanted bacon which was lovely but luke warm. I would definitely stay again. It was so quiet
The hotel surroundings are beautiful. The rooms, bar and entrance are stunning. The housekeeping staff are the best bunch of people, very friendly and kind. The bar man / night porter Paul is a lovely fella. Friendly and good at his job.
Great hotel for exploring Donegal. Facilities good. Very interesting design with old church incorporated into the building! Free parking too.
