IrelandWe chose the Ellison at the last minute, as I had taken the day off to attend my graduation ceremony, and we decided to take the train to Castlebar. From the very beginning, the hotel exceeded our expectations with their exceptional care and thoughtfulness. Before our arrival, they proactively called to advise on safe driving due to adverse weather conditions caused by Storm Bert, and they reassured us with flexible check-in options in case of any delays.
When we arrived, we were greeted by a magical sight, the landscape was completely covered in snow, creating a winter wonderland that took our breath away.
The next morning, we were delighted by the generous breakfast spread, which offered a wide variety of sweet and savoury options to suit every taste. The hotel was bustling with students and their families gathered for the local university’s graduation ceremony, filling the hall with a lively and festive atmosphere.
What truly sets the Ellison apart is the warmth and friendliness of its staff. Their genuine hospitality made our stay even more special, and we are so grateful for the wonderful experience. Thank you for making such an important occasion even more unforgettable!
