With a stunning, secluded setting on the shore of Lough Rynn, surrounded by over 300 acres of breathtaking scenery and ancient forests, this magnificent castle is now an elegant 4-star hotel.

Excellent location. Really peaceful. Lovely bedroom with very comfortable 4-poster. Good tea facilities. Bar menu is great and good value for money. The drawing room and bar are lovely spaces... Walled garden is a must-see - almost didn't....

Overlooking the River Shannon, this stylish, 4-star hotel is located in the beautiful riverside town of Carrick-on-Shannon.

I was placed in an adjoining room to a couple. Let's just say they and I didn't sleep much Don't think I should have been in an adjoining room

Very modern house, spacious rooms with ensuites and really clean. Dromod is a lovely town with nice restaurants, a bakery right beside the suites, and even a yoga studio a few doors up. I would highly recommend the location as well. it's close to sligo and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The price was very good in comparison to some of the other ridiculous accommodation quotes we got for the same weekend.

The property was in a great location, with a lovely busy bar downstairs! The room was spacious and had all we needed and most of all the staff, particularly Jo who looked after myself and my partner in every which way she could when my partner was a bit unwell upon arrival! Can’t thank her enough

The Brandywell is a lovely friendly place to stay. We had a family room booked. Jo the manager went above and beyond to accommodate us. We had a lovely lunch upon arrival and the breakfast the next morning was freshly cooked with a great selection of coffee too. The room was spotlessly clean with a great shower. Dromod is a gorgeous little village with a lovely marina. Thank you to all the staff at The Brandywell, they are a great team of customer focused staff.

Jo was fantastic. She was so helpful and set us up in the apartment- so the whole family were together. Mum appreciated the tea on arrival :) The breakfast was lovely and a gluten free option was available for me.

Beautifully designed cottage interior..... lovely to have the additional space that you don't get in a hotel unless you book a suite.
