A beautifully restored 18th Century coaching inn, Conyngham Arms Hotel in Slane village offers luxurious accommodations in Ireland’s County Meath.

The property is old and could use freshening up. Paint was peeling in our large room. There were no hangers, and the room was dark. The mechanicals of the hotel wete outside our window and droned until bedtime. The towels were nice. There were electrical outlets. The bed was comfortable.

By the River Boyne, the friendly Castle Arch offers large rooms with attached bathroom, seasonal food, and free parking. Dublin is a 35-minute drive away.

Very clean, modern and comfortable. Had a late tour of the castle and it was a very cold evening. Decided to try the on-site restaurant instead of heading back out in the cold. Very good food at reasonable prices and very friendly service.

We had a lovely and relaxing time at Loughcrew B&B and our bedroom was lovely and spacious, very clean with a great view of the garden. We received a very warm welcome from Maggie and the breakfast the next morning was delicious. The B&B is located in a beautiful part of the country and very close to Dublin. We would highly recommend and are looking forward to returning. Great value for money. 5 stars.

The place is absolutely beautiful and immaculately clean. The interior design is stunning throughout, with lovely touches throughout. The bed was so comfortable we stopped for a power nap after checking in that we missed our dinner reservation, but that wasn't an issue as we clearly needed it! David and Avril were amazing hosts, breakfast was fantastic and we had a lovely time. 100% recommended if you're looking to stay in Kells
