Our stay was brief, we got there in time to go to bed and we were up very early for a flight, therefore we didn’t experience any of the facilities.
It was very convenient for Cork airport.
Overlooking the River Lee and in the heart of Cork City, the Clayton Hotel offers beautifully designed guest rooms, excellent food and the Club Vitae health club with pool, sauna, steam room and gym.

From our arrival until our checkout the entire staff made our stay exceptional.
These hotels offer something a little different in the way of design and usually sit in a trendy, urban part of town. More intimate than your average hotel, they offer high standards with a homely vibe.
It’s centrally located, the studio is honestly outstanding, a space straight out of a magazine. Every inch of the room is designed for luxury with a great view.
Curragh house is a 5 star place to stay. The interiors are gorgeous very tasteful decor and the views are amazing overlooking Riverstick. Our welcome package was a lovely touch. Kinsale is only a short distance away and Veronica recommended some lovely restaurants. I hope to return again soon as it’s such a peaceful place.
The staff were friendly, attentive and professional.
The bedroom was immaculately and tastefully appointed.
An example of excellent interior design with elegant simplicity.
The Skinny house is a lovely house in a short walking distance of shops, pubs and restaurants. We parked our car in front of the house and left it there during our stay.
The house is nicely designed and is spacier than it looks at first sight. I loved the little bench in the kitchen/living room on the upper floor from wich you can see the colored houses in the street behind. And of course the washer and dryer; especially when it rains a lot ;) I recommend the Skilly Walk to Charles Ford!

The interior design was absolutely stunning, we loved how spacious it was & how homely it was. Veronica was the hostess with the mostess, honestly she couldn’t have done more for us with a fridge stocked, bottle of wine & a box of chocolates on arrival . She even helped me out for my best friends weddings by dropping me to the venue. Never stayed in a more lovely place.
