I asked for a free upgrade as we were celebrating a birthday and he gave us full choice of any room we wanted. I chose the best room, 3 upgrades higher, all at no extra cost. He went out of his way to give us a great breakfast and allowed us late check out till 1. The room was large and comfortable, tastefully designed with a lovely patio. The lady in spa - Noa - masseuse - did an amazing job. The premises were clean and lovely. The property design is amazing. Bell boys were helpful too. We felt safe and taken care of. The shower is spacious and you receive a nice kit of accessories. In the room there is coffee/tea and a small fridge. Beds were comfy and the balcony was nice.
