The location was good. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel has a nice lobby and dining hall. Aknur and staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the massive, cushioned seating area on the side with a wooden board in the middle.

    Exceptional guest house. The room was very clean and comfortable, honestly one of the most spacious I ever had, and I really felt at home. The house is lovely, perfectly located in a quiet area, both very close to the airport and very close to the beach and restaurants in Bogmalo. The kindness, availability and generosity of Austin really made a difference. He helped me a lot throughout my stay, and I feel grateful I met such a perfect host! Definitely my go-to place to stay everytime I will come back to Bogmalo.

    Great experience. Would highly recommend the resort. Lovely boutique hotel and Joet's is a great eatery with a warm Goan vibe on the beach. Guests get a discount. Spacious rooms on a green property and large pool.

    Hotel staff was extremely friendly and polite, they helped us with everything. The hotel has a quite convinient location, very close to the airport, right in the middle of Goa, good for exploring. Hotel offers private driver, very useful for traveling around. Very pretty indoor and outdoor design, spacious rooms.

    what a find - like a little ‘oasis’ with gorgeous pool and a short walk to a lovely beach. close to the airport but you would t know it. great staff and a hotel taxi to take you to the airport. we would definitely stay again

    The resort really lived up to its name. There were masses of coconut trees and there is a creek running through it. The layout was well designed. The room was exceptional. The staff were helpful, friendly and efficient. The food was good although service was a little slow. There is a short easy walk to the beach and Dabolim Airport was a fast drive away. Highly recommended

    The staff is extremely warm and friendly. I loved the pool and the rooms are large and well appointed . Access to the beach is tree-lined and lovely short walk. The place is designed to be an oasis away from the busy beaches of the North and oh so close to the airport. I’d go back in a heartbeat.
