המיקום היה סביר, בכל מקרה קולקטה היא עיר גדולה שדורשת נסיעה כמעט לכל מקום. הארוחת בוקר טובה, יש מגוון טוב והכל מרגיש טרי ומוקפד, בנוסף יש עוד 3 מסעדות במלון שהיו מאוד טובות ומגישות אוכל מגוון לאורך שעות היום. החדר מעוצב בצורה מודרנית, חדשני ונעים והמקלחת הייתה נהדרת. אנשי הצוות מאוד אדיבים ושירותיים ותמיד נענו בשמחה לעזור בכל בקשה. אנשי הצוות בקבלת הפנים היו מאוד שירותיים ובכללי האינטרקציה הייתה מאוד טובה, הרגשנו בידיים טובות ובהחלט נרצה לשוב לשם בביקורים הבאים.
