All the resort staff came out to see me when I left which I thought was very touching! Food was fantastic and seriously really good! They are quite strict on having no tea/coffee but you get used to it! Beautiful views from the restaurant and room! My massage therapists were absolutely lovely funny and a joy to be around!! The pool area is gorgeous but the lagoon and just walking around is a real treat, full of Keralan beauty. The hotel grounds are huge but there aren’t that many rooms giving a real sense of having something special for yourself. The staff make the stay special and can’t do enough for every guest. Sanjay Barman cleaned our rooms everyday and he always surprised us with a design of an animal using towels. It’s was beautiful. My children and friends always looked forward to see what Sanjay has created everyday. Reception and catering staff was wonderful and helpful. The kerala fish curry, rasam and rice was the best!
