SwitzerlandSwitch between tub and shower didn't work properly. I had to block the tub tap to have a little of water coming out of the shower. When I complained the next morning, I just received a cold "so sorry about that". It confirmed the feeling I got when checking in... cold and almost arrogant. Spa extra and expensive, restaurant cold and empty...

Bedrooms are super stylish and mine had a great view as well. The thermal pool was amazing and ideal to relax in after a busy day of activities. Hotel is very close to hiking trails and the staff were welcoming and happy to help with any questions.
