Me and my fiancé ordered the fish of the day.
My fish was over cooked, it was dry and rubbery. The waitress asked us how the meal was and I told her about the fish. Her response "i will let them know in the kitchen" no sorry and no discount :(
My fiancé had the same and her fish was superb.
So unfortunately this affect my review

United StatesWonderful buffet breakfast. Mountain views from the room. Nicely appointed room. Not large but enough. Semi private outside seating area with the room. Only improvement could be a bit more comfortable bed. Note that rooms are in several different buildings arranged like a pinwheel. You will need to drive or walk to the main building for breakfast.

Bedrooms are super stylish and mine had a great view as well. The thermal pool was amazing and ideal to relax in after a busy day of activities. Hotel is very close to hiking trails and the staff were welcoming and happy to help with any questions.
