Friendly and helpful staff.
The breakfast that was delivered to our room daily was definitely one of the highlights of our day. The fresh bread was delicious and the food in the basket allowed us to experience the wonderful foods of Iceland.

Staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. The location is perfect to walk to area attractions and restaurants. The breakfast was simple but perfect. The room was a little larger than in Europe, clean, and modern. FYI the nearest pick up stop for tours, etc is Bus stop #1 - City Hall.

The room and bathroom were clean. The breakfast buffet was decent, but the seating arrangements were a bit cramped, with tables placed very close together. The gentleman sitting at the table beside me accidentally knocked over a small vase containing a live flower and water spilled all over my table as he attempted to squeeze into his seat.

Hello! Awesome little B&B. Great find and loads better than just a hotel. The owner and staff are friendly and helpful in every way possible. It’s tucked away but close to truly everything with a walk or public transportation. My last night I was the only one staying there, the communication was just as attentive as before/during the rest of my stay. I will definitely book again given the chance.

Apartment was clean, spacious, and in the best location. The beds were very comfortable, and it was easy to control the temperature in the unit. We cooked in the kitchen quite a bit, and it was nicely appointed. Overall, a lovely stay!

Although the room was a little smaller than I expected, I can’t complain. The beds were very comfortable, room was clean, shower was really nice and all front desk staff we encountered were GREAT! We were able to check in early without issue, when I went to buy a bottle of water the front desk gal let me know the tap water there was drinkable (which I was hesitant about) but it was good and saved us money, and when we had last minute issues with our pre-booked transportation to the main bus station the front desk lady - at midnight - booked us a taxi for 3am. There are plenty of areas to hang out in the hotel, too, like the little library, lobby near the fire, community table and conference room. We liked being by the marina and within walking distance to the Lava Show and downtown.

Everything was perfect, the room was spacious enough for three adults, very comfortable and clean.
The hotel itself and room were gorgeous and very nicely designed and decorated.
We had an amazing stay ; staff was lovely and helpful. We will definitely be back.
Beautiful room, and much bigger than expected. We shared a "bigger room" with our teenage kids and we had plenty of space and slept very well. Lovely decor, very stylishly designed. Very comfy beds and pillows. Luxury shower. Very nice to have the coffee machine and fridge in room for breakfasts. Staff great and always helpful. Brilliant location, right in the centre of the city yet very quiet. Managed to find free parking just 5 minutes away.
the interior design is fairly unique compared to other hotels in the area. the industrial bare concrete and exposed fixings are stylish and modern, but comfort and luxury is not compromised.
the restaurant and bar are fantastic too, and are clearly a hotspot for regulars as well as travellers, because of the cool vibe, great food and big selection of drinks.
the staff are super friendly and really helpful and knowledgeable.
A great old house with heaps of charm and character, very clean and stylish decor. The host was lovely and welcoming. The breakfast had good variety. Very warm in room and shower had good pressure and heat. The location was excellent, in the old part of Reykjavik and close to great design shops.
