The room is very comfortable, with a big terrace, the bathroom in a very modern design. We really felt at home. Tinuccia was a perfect caretaker; she prepared an excellent breakfast every morning and took care of the property. There is plenty of easy parking in the street in front of the building. Also near to noto & syracuse. air con in one of the upstairs bedrooms was leaking water on the floor but we were only the third people to stay so normal teething issues. Nestled in the hills, the grounds were well laid out and the pool area good (although swimming pool was empty when we visited). The staff were absolutely delightful and breakfast was adequate. A set meal was available in the evenings and a good selection of wines offered. The hosts were welcoming and helpful. The beach was just across the street in fron of the house. Nearby are nice restaurants and a pesceria where we bought fresh seafood.
