Staff friendly and helpful. Room large, with a comfortable bed, fridge, fairly quiet. Bathroom also clean, fairly large and functional. Nice decor. Good location, around 10 minutes on foot from the main train station, and around 20-25 minutes from the centre. Buses and trams also available. Supermarket downstairs.

The location was perfect as in the area there are many good restaurants, furthermore is not far from any city area.
What I found exceptional was the support given by Diego, a staff member. He did really a good job.
The breakfast was very good and offered lots of choices.
They gave us an upgrade on the room which was really appreciated!
What can improve: we rented some bikes and they were really dusty...if you offer such a service you should make sure to clean them and have them regularly checked.
