As it was my first-time visiting Milan and I was traveling solo and not landing till 9.30pm I didn’t want to travel into Milan on my own at night so was looking for somewhere near the airport with easy access to the city. This hotel was perfect. Cost £20 in a taxi from Bergamo Airport to the hotel (but £45 from the hotel to the airport via a taxi booked for me by hotel staff???? see my dislike section)
Stezzano station is literally a five-minute walk from the hotel. It costs £6 to get the train from here to Milan Central. You purchase the tickets at the hotel desk. The trains left 20 minutes passed the hour on the hour and took roughly 1 hour 20 minutes to get to Milan(with one stop/change) Coming back I got the Bergamo train from central station and then a train from Bergamo for one stop back to Stezzano, again £6
The hotel itself I found very clean and staff super friendly. There’s a nice little bar area for drinks and food and also a wellness centre, unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to use this as I was so tired after my day in Milan I fell straight to sleep.
The rooms have everything you need, bed was a bit hard for my liking but plenty of pillows and lovely crisp clean bedding.
Im planning on flying back into Bergamo next month and I will be picking this hotel again as It so easy to get to and from Milan but half the price of Milan hotels.
