We were upgraded to the higher standard room, and that room was very good. Yes, it’s an old property, so don’t expect a new shiny look. But that was what we wanted - an atmospheric historic villa. Really good hotel,placement is perfect! Position: Hotel is Near Metro station that make your visit even easier and comfortable to travel around the city! Quiet place,peaceful at night! Rooms and service: We got upgraded room and two free drinks in the bar,that was such a nice gift from the hotel. In the room we found warm letter from the Guest Service Manager and a few sweets. Rooms clean,conditioners work perfectly,shower with few options to choose from,big TV,lights options. Mini bar,mini beauty kit for shower. Everything is perfect! Breakfast is on the 5th floor with amazing morning view. Big food choice. Coffee,meat,bread,sweets,etc. In the evening we went to the first floor,where we found comfortable bar with yummy cocktails! Perfect lounge after long day. Reception and working personal are fantastic and friendly toward you. Thanks to Jenny who helped us through our journey. Even after check out offered us some water/soda for the road.

Kind welcome of Matteo, Free bottle of water in the room Gorgeous breakfast with apricot croissant, small salami sandwiches, choice of fruit and special Easter attention : 2 slices of Colomba brioche. The fact that I could keep the room until 3pm, what Matteo proposed to me spontaneously, due to the fact the hotel was not very busy during this period. Hotel is close (3 mn.walk) to Metro line 1, which goes directly to Milan downtown (15 mn) No parking, but easy parking for free in the near area Meraviglie restaurant is 6 mn. walk only and it is fantastic experience.
