When I booked the property I wanted a special room which I booked. Because we have stayed before we wanted this special suite. But when we arrived I was given another room. I already paid ahead of time “for this special room”. The room we received was in a noisy street. I was told when I book I need to call and request it. I think it’s was dishonest and bait and switch. Our room was noisy and not worth the money!

The hosts are the BEST people you will ever meet in Milan! Matteo and Nicola are hands down the most amazing people that made our short stay exceptional. No frills room. All the things you need are provided. Access to the train, quiet neighborhood, we felt safe and were treated like family. Rooms were comfortable but a bit outdated. Breakfast was really good although I heard from coffee drinking people that the standard coffee served was not that good. You can ask for better one.
