I originally thought it was location when I booked, but beware, it is in a commercial and run down area. It also need improvement in facilities as it looked tired and aged, with customer care not a high priority.
Malpassuti Resort is set in Carbonara Scrivia and has a private pool and pool views. There is a private entrance at the bed and breakfast for the convenience of those who stay.

We had a 1night stop over coming back from France to Milan and wanted to go to servalle outlet so we needed a good nearby stay
After a hard research I found this Littlehampton malpussutti B&B photos of the room i chose were good and reviews about cleaness was high so my choice fell on it
Room was extremely clean to he fair, unfortunately the host gave us the room with the red sunflower theme which we didn't like. The ac wasn't cooling probably cz no remote control, so we suffered from the heat all night it was late so didn't want to bother the host , also the mattress wasn't comfortable and was basically 2 mattresses stuck together so not comfortable if you are sleeping next to your spouse
Breakfast was nice and simple and host was great , she asks when u want it, and she put her effort into making it happen
Bathroom is modern and has amenities needed

What a beautiful authentic B&B just outside Gavi, with stunning views across the valley. Francesca was the most gracious host and the breakfasts were delicious and so generous. I would 100% recommend this place to everyone, a short scenic drive from Gavi (car is needed) and her son was very helpful and gave us so many recommendations. If in Gavi, would definitely try return. Thank you Francesca and Luca for a wonderful stay.
