When I booked the property I wanted a special room which I booked. Because we have stayed before we wanted this special suite. But when we arrived I was given another room. I already paid ahead of time “for this special room”. The room we received was in a noisy street. I was told when I book I need to call and request it. I think it’s was dishonest and bait and switch. Our room was noisy and not worth the money!

The hosts are the BEST people you will ever meet in Milan! Matteo and Nicola are hands down the most amazing people that made our short stay exceptional. No frills room. All the things you need are provided. Access to the train, quiet neighborhood, we felt safe and were treated like family. Words are not enough to describe the hospitality we have experienced in this stay.

Staff was very friendly & the garage as well as the free shuttle bus to the metro station is great and was well-appreciated.
The hotel in general, though, is quite dated. Lobby is stylish.
Design is very nice and cosy.
The owner is very hospitable, flexible and friendly, he recommended us a very nice restaurant and we really enjoyed the food.
There is a parking which was very important for us.
There is a lot of space in the room and the surroundings are also beautiful in a silent area.
The apartment was very spacious and a really lovely place to stay in for a few short days. It is very evident that Stefania cares a lot about her guests as everything was spotless and she could not have been more accommodating or welcoming. We really enjoyed our time there and hopefully will be back in the future!
