Amazing location and the hotel itself. Ancient building preserved in al its grace. You really feel the heart of the town. Fantastic views from the rooms and from the rooftop restaurant. You couldn't be more central. Quality of the food in the restaurant is quite good. Good quality of linen and clean.
The bathrooms are ridiculously small and quite old. Despite good work of cleaning team,you really feel that everything has to be changed (tiles, showers, toilets), it's unpleasant to be in such old bathroom that doesn't correspond modern standards. Almost no light in the bathroom which makes it really gloomy. The beds are very used. The bed linen are very clean and of good quality, but the bed itself really has to be changed.
The waiters of the restaurant are friendly but really unprofessional (slow, forgetting, not knowing how to open the wine bottles) and the restaurant is really understaffed.

A really great place to spend your dream vacation. From the balcony there is a beautiful view of the famous Pontico Romano bridge, from which we can observe the most famous beach. The room itself, decorated very tasteful in style, lacked nothing and the mattresses in the beds were very comfortable. Host Emio is very kind and very helpful in any situation. When we wanted to go on a trip earlier, there was no problem with preparing a takeaway breakfast. He suggested cool places and locations that are worth visiting. Breakfasts very tasty in Italian style, both sweet and dry, and everyone will find something for themselves. In general, the place is really recommendable and if the opportunity arises, we will definitely come back there again. Highly recommended!!

Beautiful property, very well maintained. Very pleasant staff! Well located if you are renting a car, 5 minutes to Polignano a mare. Only disappointed with the breakfast, always cold, not many choices, need to improve this aspect, rest all very pleasant stay!

Loved our stay! The hosts are so welcoming and kind, and did everything to make my toddlers stay amazing. Breakfast was gorgeous - best banana bread ever 😄 rooms are comfy, and the property is so relaxed. You can dine outside in the evenings, and the pool is always quiet - overlooking the amazing landscape. Some lovely animals on the property that our son loved watching. The sunsets are like we have never seen here ☀️ the property is rural, but with good links to some lovely towns. Thanks so much for an amazing time 😄
The property is utterly charming, as is the host. We loved the beautiful design, crisp good quality bed linen, the lovely shower and well-equipped kitchen and the terrace with a view was a much appreciated bonus. Most of all we loved the very attentive and generous host. The great food recommendations shared had us eating like locals.
Wow! We have just had the most wonderful stay at Malia Holiday Villa. The villa itself is absolutely stunning and has been designed beautifully inside and out to perfection. Everything was also spotlessly clean. It was the perfect place for us to relax prior to and after a wedding we attended in the area. Teresa and her family were so hospitable throughout our stay and made sure that we always had everything we needed. We are so grateful for their kindness. If you are visiting the area, Malia Holiday Villa is the place to stay!
Personal service was given for breakfast. Very quiet location, Historic but renewed building with good facilities. Very friendly host. Interior design very tastefull and authentic.
It was an amazing experience, lovely relaxing environment with a super clean and the house was modern mixed with authentic design, which was a great experience. Our host Maria was lovely and even provided us with a nice breakfast! For a little escape it is perfect.
