Everything was amazing! The location with pine trees, the room, the facilities: everything! We visited the top terrace and the view was beautiful from there. One day it was cloudy and we saw the spa. Breakfast is outstanding: great coffee, salmon, lots of fresh pastries, pancakes... The staff was always very helpful and nice. The room was very clean and beautiful. We also enjoyed a nice time by the pool and took bicycles for a ride around. Amazing!

Beautiful hotel with excellent and friendly front desk receptionists who will help you with everything you need. The rooms are constantly being cleaned and are impeccable. The food was delicious and the beach was spotless. The pool was also clean and really great. The location is tucked away from the main strip so we enjoyed being away from the mass crowds.

    The host, Giacomo, is super helpful, friendly, lots of fun and can arrange pretty much anything you ask for #tutto :) Great location, walking distance from the beach (5-10 minutes), same to about 10 restaurants in the vicinity and 2-3 supermarkets/bakeries. Lovely gelato places all around as well. Decently furnished appartment. Amazing pool in the backyard - kids loved it! Overall, we had a lovely time and enjoyed the stay a lot - grazie mille, Giacomo! ;)

    This is a lovely family run hotel in the heart of the village and only a 10 minuite walk through the pine forest to the lovely beach where the hotel has their own beds and parasols free of charge. The hotel is not a modern one but one which has beautifully Italian charm and really helpful and lovely staff. The breakfast was typically continental but you are able to ask for cook items from the kitchen. We will return again.

    The excellent privat beach is in 10 minutes walk. The room was in back side of the building, quite noisy in the evening and the morning, because of the restaurant kitchen. The coffee, the dinner was like in the 5 stars hotel. The Hotel staff and the owner are so frendly and professional. A deffinitely reccomend it.

    Owner and every staff member were so lovely and helpful. Rooms cleaned every day. Very tasty breakfast. We felt very comfortable and looked after. Restaurant have very good food and fantastic live music on weekends. Very nice and clean pool. Bicycles available to cycle in the nearby forest area. Luca helped us to arrange transport to near by Caorle(worth visit) and to the airport.
