Our friendly hosts met us as we drove in to the town, and guided us to a place to safely park our car for free (not easy in Erice). They are proud of their beautiful town and gave us a quick driving tour of the town and pointed out places of interest and shared the history of the town. The apartment itself was lovely, quiet, centrally located, with a gorgeous terrace view of the surroundings, and packed with thoughtful amenities. Erice and Trapani are both very close and you are also treated to truly stunning views of Trapani and the islands. If you have a car at your disposal, there is almost no better place to be. Absolutely also worth mentioning is the hospitality and kindness of Claudio and his wife. Thank you very much for the nice days!
