It was one of the best accommodation I have ever stayed in Italy. Smooth check in, detailed information prior arrival. Hotel is at great location, you can avoid ZTL when arriving by car and has own private parking. All is automated, room is perfectly cleaned, minibar fridge has perfectly cooled prosecco, wines and water. Breakfast was fresh and so tasty. We loved we could stay with our dog. We would definitely return, thanks for hospitality!
Featuring garden views, Principessa Pio in Ferrara provides accommodations and a garden.

As we had our dog with us, the location was perfect. The quiet location in the middle of the greenery was ideal, a 5 minutes walk to the city wall, or in 15 minutes to the centre.

The location is extremely convenient for me. 10 minutes walk to my customer's location and only about 10 minutes cycling to nearby town centre. The host offers bicycle for free to travel around Ferarra. The room is spacious and well equipped. The hosts hospitality can be seen to be very genuine and committed.

Nice location within walking distance from the center but quiet and with secure parking. Bed was comfortable, old house and grounds were very pretty.

Great location - the hotel placed in the heart of the historic part of the city. A wonderful, boutique hotel with original rooms design. You can have the breakfast inside or in the garden with olive trees. Value for money.
This is very much a boutique hotel at a very affordable price and without any of the amateurish shortfalls often typical of such places. Onthe contrary, it's like a highly professional old time hotel on a small and very cosy scale (but nothing twee either). It's very well located too.
Leonardo was so welcoming. The place was cozy, classy, and a very good value. There was a small lovely garden in the back that we wish we had had time for. If the off-season rates stay the same, we will definitely return to Leonardo’s Boutique Rooms 3.0.
Cozy studio, lovely design and decorated, we loved everything about it. Nice wooden touch in the apartment and bathroom aswell, attention to details and usage of every little space, although not big, we found everything we needed to enjoy a perfect stay. Great coffee, bars and aperitivi just belowz, location in downtown, very close to Duomo and Castello. Highly recommended!
Little extras such as complementary Prosecco and bottles of water. Size of the room was good and comfortable. Good location for walking around and parking the car. A little facial gadget was also nice.
Lovely boutique hotel I would definitely stay again when I’m back to Ferrara.
If you have an interest in brilliant renovation/interior design, this place will charm you. I have never seen a small, ancient space be more seamlessly turned into a high-fashion urban nest for two. Genius.
The apartment is right in the centre of town
in a historic district but still surprisingly quiet.
The apartment is lovely, spacious, bright and nicely decorated with small details. The design of the place is interesting and unique, perfect for a couple's retreat.
If you plan to be in Ferrara, you definitely
should try to stay in this apartment! This
will surely be my first choice when I return to Ferrara! A perfect 10.
Such a lovely hotel. Great location and free parking in designated areas around the hotel. We booked the cheapest category, as we stayed only for one night. Lovely littel room with view into the green courtyard. The staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast room and great breakfast. Hidden gem. Thanks to the team - we enjoyed our stay!
