Overall the guest house is a really nicely maintained palazzino full of character and in a location that's convenient for Rome, Lazio province and Umbria. The breakfasts up on the rooftop terrace were a pleasure each morning. It was lovely to chat with Maria, the manager. She prepared fried eggs and tomatoes for us on request, in addition to the standard help-yourself items.

The girl behind the desk was super friendly and helpful. Clean towels every day and room cleaned. The bed was comfortable, it was quiet and in a great location.
