Excellent and various breakfast, few meters from the beach, staff (not reception) is very helpful and attentive
These hotels offer something unique in terms of design and are usually set in a trendy, urban part of town. Blending high standards with a homey vibe, boutique hotels are more intimate than your average hotel.
In general, it is a feeling of luxury or at least the satisfaction of a completely fresh new room with a modern abstentious design. And definitely the best breakfasts with Italian style.
Fabulous dog friendly ground floor 2 bedroom apartment. Spacious and really well designed with 2 showers, which was great when getting back from the beach and everyone needing to have a shower and get changed. Comfy bed, excellent air conditioning, blackout curtains. Really quiet at night but short walk to bars, restaurants, beach, shops. Staff super friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early as room was ready.
It's a boutique hotel with an amazing rooftop solarium. Breakfasts are so teasty, the variety of food is impressive. The stuff is super friendly. Really nice place for stay in Grado.
Super nice hotel! High designed, cozy and comfortable. Usual European breakfast. Everyday cleaning. Linens and towels are clear white, what is important for us. Kind and professional staff. We really like Villa Patrizia! Felt like at home. Our best recommendations!!!
Very clean and functional rooms, this is obviously no design hotel but a very nice place with a good ambiance and very nice staff. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had! It’s a ten minutes walk to restaurants and ‚downtown‘
The rooms were lovely, tastefully designed we really felt like home. The hotel is close to the beach and the city centre, the roof terrace has a nice view and a cosy atmosphere, we had our breakfasts up there. Last, but not least Laura is a lovely woman, she greated us with such a big smile every morning it was a pleasure to stay here, we will definately come back:)
Newly renovated rooms with a comfortable interior design and sense of details. The breakfast was AMAZING, very impressive assortment, where 2 days were not enough to try it all even with a healthy appetite.
