The staff is very nice and helpful, housekeeping is great, but the Wi-Fi in the rooms does not work properly, although there is a smart TV in the rooms, it does not connect to the internet, the breakfast is mediocre.

The staff are incredibly friendly and was one of my favourite stays in Italy. 24 hour concierge service who are very helpful with ordering taxis and anything to help. Easy to get to property from the fco airport.Host very helpful,we had an early start the next day and he made us a packed breakfast. Shuttle cost 15 euros for both of us.Town itself was lovely, lots of restaurants.

The hostess and her mother extremely friendly and welcoming,breakfast fantastic.Maps of the area and attraction available.When found the room unsuitable for us,they were more than obliging for us to stay one night instead of five,and we're more than cooperative with Booking .com to allow a timely refund of nights charged but not used.
