Beautiful relaxing apartment and garden. The included breakfast was excellent featuring lots of homemade food such as cakes and chocolate. Off street safe parking too is a bonus. Lots of restaurants nearby.

The breakfast was amazing, lots of different types of food - fruits, vegetables, baked goods, etc. The only downfall was that if you didn't get there early enough, the msot part was gone.
The rooms are super nice, huge bed, everything was clean and tidy. The staff was also very pleasant, although at times there was some language barrier, as their english wasnát the best.

Very good location, both for walking in the city and driving, parking. The room space is enough.
These hotels offer something a little different in the way of design and usually sit in a trendy, urban part of town. More intimate than your average hotel, they offer high standards with a homely vibe.
Carmilla was lovely and made breakfast by hand for us every morning. It was clean, the room was huge and we loved having a balcony and a sink each! Great air con and fast Internet. Overall it was a beautiful traditional BnB experience!
Absolutely superb accommodation, spotlessly clean, very very well equipped (both indoor and outdoor kitchen). The hosts were extremely kind, helpful, friendly and responsive. The villa/apartment is literally a 2 minute walk to a lovely sandy beach (no sunbeds however they provided little chairs, which is a nice touch). The location is BRILLIANT for Noto, Modica, Ragussa and Syracuse if you have a car. Cannot rate this place highly enough.
Everything from when we entered the hotel ,the food was great, the servers were lovely and friendly, bed was super comfy wish my husband didnt snore as much . Very clean
Superb view of Ispica. Spacious, clean, comfortable rooms. Beautifully tiled. Lovely terrace and terrace furniture. Maria and Aldo are very good hosts.
Thank heaven for Google translate!
We didn’t try the little pool, it just wasn’t warm enough
Ispica is worth exploring
Lovely spacious, modern, clean and well-equipped apartment with our own outdoor sitting and eating space. Quiet secluded location and wonderfully welcoming hosts. Public spaces well cared for, fruit could be picked and enjoyed straight from the trees. Interesting exotic trees in the grounds. Swimming pool looked big but not yet open. We would certainly return.
Our room was grand, with his and hers bathroom sinks, 2 balconies and a walk-in wardrobe. Everything was very clean and breakfast was delicious! The host cooks everything herself and the villa smells lovely during the baking! Pity that we did not stay here longer than we did.
Great location, well equipped, stylish, squeaky clean, quiet, lovely garden areas and rooftop terrace, parking, all very private and safe, and with direct access to the beach via a sand path. I rented the place for my son and his spouse and they loved it. The hosts are very helpful and went above and beyond to make their guests feel at home. I’m a local, so I know it’s not easy to find places this nice in the area. Very reasonably priced too for what you actually get.
The restored stone building set within grounds of olive trees and carob trees is stunning.
The wooden buildings are gorgeous and fit in right into the environment. Shutters offer a good night sleep and the rooms were very well cleaned. The pool area is probably the highlight of the place, recently upgraded, sun soaked and surrounded by nature.
