Small shop with basics just down the road. Short walk to lake shore and beach aswell as carpark where you can park for free with the parking pass supplied. Host was very helpful and informative. The dining terrace is a great place to eat breakfast or watch sunset over dinner. The building has a very alpine lodge feel in its design. The pool and nearby food shack is great for winding away relaxing afternoons. The diner restaurant is exquisite and the staff are all very friendly. The villa is decorated beautifully, comfortable furniture, great pool, lovely views! Matteo the host was very friendly and helpful we got a full tour and he explained everything we needed to know. The walk down into Malcesine is very very steep!! But worth it. Once there the town is gorgeous, lots and lots of shops bars and restaurants.
