United KingdomOverall the guest house is a really nicely maintained palazzino full of character and in a location that's convenient for Rome, Lazio province and Umbria.
The breakfasts up on the rooftop terrace were a pleasure each morning. It was lovely to chat with Maria, the manager. She prepared fried eggs and tomatoes for us on request, in addition to the standard help-yourself items.

The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. Friendly hosts, will do everything to make you comfortable, flexible with check-in and check-out time. The accommodation was lovely, with my own balcony, and all was fine. The house had many interesting bits and pieces.
